Our project is inspired by the laid-back vibe of boutique hotels we visited in Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, Cambria and South of France.

Each cuvée is named after something you’d find in a hotel, like Cabana (orange wine), Concierge (white), and Room Service (red). The goal is simple- bring nostalgia and new good memories. Do Not Disturb Wines - where we let the vine do its thing, and you do yours.

As an importer specializing in bringing French wines in containers for the past 20 years, Olivier realized a few years ago the importance of caring for the environment and respecting nature. Starting a natural domestic brand made sense as a way to follow his passion for wine. With the extensive network he built in California over the last 25 years, where he met great local vintners, it was only natural for Olivier to embark on this exciting project with Hugo.

Olivier and Hugo share the same belief: that California has so much to offer—terroir, climate, and beautiful wines.

Since starting work with his father at 16 in France, Hugo has always dreamed of owning his own company. After nearly a decade in the wine industry and moving to California to work with Planet Wine, Hugo found new inspiration through a close friend in the industry. That connection reignited his passion and shaped his vision to start his first natural wine company, Do Not Disturb Wines.
