Cabana
This family-owned, organically farmed vineyard lies
on the eastern edge of the Lodi AVA. The soil
composition of this site is gravelly clay loam,
identified as the San Joaquin series. VSP cordon
training allows the vines to develop a healthy
canopy, shading and protecting clusters. Picpoul
naturally takes more time to mature than other white
grapes, and was harvested late in September.
